Loma Linda NCSA Night

Fantastic night at Loma Linda University last night! Got the privilege of being on the panel after the feature film “Eating You Alive.” What an honor it was to get this opportunity! I must admit it was very intimidating to be speaking among people like Dr. Columbus Batiste, but overall it was a blast!

Back to the real world!

This is my first step back into the real world after a bike accident 6 months ago. I returned to work and realized that the things I were teaching fell on deaf ears. I began to wonder…was I truly making a difference? was what I was saying even being heard?

The people I was teaching were pushed by their physicians to see me or attend my classes. With many years of coaching under my belt, I know that force is not the way to make behavior change stick.
