- 8M1 can (15 oz) chickpeas or garbanzo beans
- 1/2 cup white or cannellini beans
- 1 lemon or 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp tahini (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic
- pinch of salt
- Place all ingredients in blender or food processor
- Blend until smooth.
- Enjoy with your favorite vegetables or as a spread on a sandwich!
