Oil Free Hummus


  • 8M1 can (15 oz) chickpeas or garbanzo beans
  • 1/2 cup white or cannellini beans
  • 1 lemon or 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp tahini (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • pinch of salt


  1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy with your favorite vegetables or as a spread on a sandwich!

*You can add different ingredients to make this hummus flavored! Such as fire roasted red peppers, pumpkin, olives, etc…*
